Caddick has built a new 60,000 sq. ft warehouse distribution centre at Kingmoor Park, becoming DPD’s latest distribution centre in Carlisle.
Construction work began on the £12.3m distribution and warehouse facility in late 2022, with the delivery services firm having opened its doors to new staff in January 2024.
Delivering the scheme on behalf of development partner, Kingmoor, Caddick’s work comprised the construction of a steel frame cladded warehouse unit with offices, staff car parking and a concrete service yard and trailer park.
